DayRipple 계정 및 데이터 삭제

DayRipple 계정과 연결된 데이터를 삭제하는 방법입니다.

앱에서 즉시 삭제

DayRipple에 로그인한 뒤 설정 → 계정 → 계정 삭제를 누르세요. 확인 후 계정 삭제가 즉시 시작됩니다.

앱에 접근할 수 없는 경우

가입한 이메일 주소에서 아래 버튼으로 삭제 요청을 보내 주세요. 비밀번호나 결제 카드번호는 보내지 마세요.

삭제되는 데이터

로그인 계정, 이메일, 프로필과 닉네임
공간 멤버십과 푸시 알림 토큰
기기에 남은 미완료 구매 대상 정보와 알림 예약, 분석 식별 상태
요청자가 작성한 일정, 기념일·디데이, 할 일
요청자 혼자 사용하던 공간과 그 공간의 데이터

다른 멤버가 남아 있는 공유 공간은 남은 멤버에게 이전됩니다. 법령상 보관 의무가 있는 결제 기록은 법정 기간 동안 분리 보관될 수 있고, 공유 공간의 구매 권한은 삭제한 계정과의 연결을 제거한 상태로 남을 수 있습니다. 익명으로 집계되어 계정과 연결되지 않는 제품 통계는 특정 계정의 데이터로 재식별하지 않습니다. 기존 Sentry 오류 보고서 삭제가 필요한 경우 이메일 요청에 함께 적어 주세요.

이메일 요청은 본인 확인 후 지체 없이 처리하며, 통상 7일 이내 완료 결과를 회신합니다.

Data that is deleted

Your login account, email, profile, and nickname
Space memberships and push notification tokens
Device-side pending-purchase target info, scheduled notifications, and analytics-identifier state
Events, anniversaries / D-days, and to-dos you created
Spaces you used alone and their data

Shared spaces where other members remain are transferred to those members. Payment records with a legal retention obligation may be stored separately for the statutory period, and a shared space’s purchase entitlement may remain with its link to the deleted account removed. Anonymous product statistics that are aggregated without account linkage are not re-identified as any specific account’s data. If you need existing Sentry error reports deleted, please note that in your email request.

Email requests are processed promptly after identity verification, normally completed within 7 days.
